A Private Kitchen at CUBE Restaurant and Wine Lounge @ Citymall

Last Saturday my colleague, Stephanie and I had our dinner at this restaurant named CUBE!
We were both actually wanted to go the well-known steakhouse named Brass Monkey but we just had to cancel it due to the bad weather.
It was pouring heavily on that evening and decided not to go far since we're already at City Mall that time.
There are many food outlets at City Mall such as Hana Japanese Restaurant, Old Town, Vedablu, Papparich, etc.

We were both attracted by this CUBE Restaurant by its entrance and looking at the ambiance inside just made us changed our mind and went inside to dine.

Some of the Chinese New Year decoration on the ceiling.

The table arrangement. It's very obvious with classic black and white themed.

Look at their wall, full with the emptied wine bottles, it's unique in a way!

The Sakura flowers to gives a touch near the bar counter.

The comfortable cushioned chair to be seated by the guest.

The friendly waiter to take our order.

We never been to this cafe before so we actually asked for recommendation from him.
And he did a great job in recommending some good and popular dishes at CUBE!

Apple Juice @ RM 6  for Stephanie

Actually Stephanie never thought it uses green apple, and she actually loving it as it doesn't taste too sour. It's just nice to her liking which is good I guess.
There's varies fruit juices on their menu and there's also mixed fruit juice as well.

Refreshing Kasturi Juice @RM 6 for myself.
I ordered this one as I saw it has been star-ed as MOST FAVORITE
So, just wondering what so special about this simple drink.
Oh well, it's toooo sour! And I have to add some sugar syrup and it tasted just nice!

Salty Egg Cheese Rolls @ RM 12
Both us had this for starter, I love how their blend up the chicken meat with salty eggs so well.
And needless to say that the melted cheese made it taste more wonderful.
Yummylicious we can say!

BBQ Sauce Chicken Chop @ RM 28
Stephanie ordered this one for her main course, and I also given a chance to tried it.
The fried rice taste sooo flavorful! While I guess melted cheese on the tomato was great too!
The chicken meat was so tender and we can know how well marinated is it by the taste of it.

Sweet Wine Lamb Chop @ RM 22
I always love lamb chop! So, while I was still unsure whether I should take the Beijing pork ribs or lamb chop, the waiter told me that the lamb chop is definitely great one!
I myself actually quite surprised when saw the huge portion of the foods come.
The lamb meats were all fully cooked, tender and juicy, just the way I like it!

They even served us with fragrant steamed rice and imagine we can finished it up?!

Caroline and Stephanie

After had both Chef Recommended dishes, we just had to say it's really a satisfying dinner for the night!
We both were too full and give up on dessert, I know we should have go for that!
Anyway, we can always go there again at anytime for dinner.

Caroline and Shirley

While we were chit-chatting and chillaxing, here come Shirley with her friend for their dinner, had some catching up moment with her before we left.
The bill came out for our foods and beverages = RM 81.40 included taxes.
