Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Launch @ Zebra Square

I've been enjoying the Samsung Galaxy Note for quite sometime and trust me, big screen is just love! People tend to complaint about the size and to me, size is just matter if you really want to have the best experience in everything. You could not really enjoy watching videos, taking nice photos, multi-tasking with a small screen phone. This time, I was invited for Samsung Galaxy Note 2 launch on the last 11th October and it just make me feel so excited to get to know about this new toy!

I pretty much enjoyed myself listened to the talk regarding the new Samsung Galaxy Note 2. You know you just want to check out what's the new feature and improvement from the previous Samsung Galaxy Note, will it be a turn off if it's just a slight improvement? Let's see.

Skecthing done by Ernest Zacharevic on the new Samsung Galaxy Note 2
I love how the presentation goes well with the demo done by them on the spot and that really gave me an idea how awesome the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 can be! The part that caught my attention much was about the 8MP camera with the Best Face feature, that was just great for people who love to do camwhoring!

One of the lucky draw winners
Once the launch and talk show is over, there is a lucky draw where balloon fell and the winner will be the one who holds the congratulations paper will win a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 2. After the lucky draw, we proceed to the exhibition area where it is in an outdoor tentage.

Yup, all of us get to try on the phone right after the presentation. The first glance of it, it looks quite similar to the Samsung SIII instead of the previous version of Galaxy Note. The Galaxy Note II features a 5.5inch HD Super AMOLED Plus screen providing brilliant visual clarity. It's 16:9 screen ratio ensures an immersive and enriched movie theater-like video viewing experience. Its larger screen provides people an enhanced readability when consuming content as compared to its predecessor. Additionally, the Galaxy Note II is built to be thinner and lighter, with enhanced performances capabilities that facilitate efficient execution of tasks and content creation whilst on-the-go.

The Galaxy Note II, running on Android 4.1 Jellybean platform, the device is set to deliver stunning graphical  capabilities and an upgraded Google Now service including new features such as contextual search. Its memory options are 16GB with an expandable micro SD memory slot. A 3100mAh battery allows people to enjoy multimedia content, be productive always on the go, and capture ideas whenever, wherever without suffering from power limitation.

Everyday tasks on Samsung Galaxy Note II are made easier and more intuitive using S Pen enabled features. Air View allows people to hover with the S Pen over an email, S Note, S Planner, image galleries or video to preview the content without having to open the file. Such quick access to view information in detail without screen transitions improves productivity. The device's new gesture pad feature, Quick Command allows people to use the S Pen to take shortcuts.
Trying on the S Pen

Eric can't help but try out the S Pen to draw a caricature of himself on that night and he seems pretty pleased with how smooth it was compared to the one at Samsung Galaxy Note. This phone would be great for him since he himself love drawing much.

Video Resizing
Look at that! You can enjoy the pop up media while you are doing other thing with your phablet! This is one of the features that I love the most for I often get irritate while I watching video and emails coming in and this just allow me to check emails while watching the video at once. :D
