Chargrilled Pork Steak -RM52
I've been to ANTE few times already since they opened their second outlet in One Utama Shopping Mall and I will always order this Chargrilled Pork Steak over and over again. Yup, it's that great. The signature steak served with russet potatoes, truffle sauce, cherry tomatoes and honey glazed rockets. Some may say that it's kinda pricey, but they actually serving 400-500g pork meat portion. It's tender, juicy, meaty and delicious!
This time, I actually went there with a bunch of friends and we get to try almost everything on the menu! Oh wait, I take back my words, probably just 50% of the menu.
Tasting Platter -RM38
Guys, please order the Tasting Platter and enjoy them while waiting for your mains. The Tasting Platter is recommended for 2 pax and it consists of Jamon Iberico ham, House cured salmon, smoked duck breast, confit onions, candied olives, cherry tomatoes, pickled beetroot, multigrain bread and French butter.

We also had another three different appetizers - Jamon Iberico (poached and fresh apple, shaved radish and chive flowers), smoked duck breast (shaved and cube, served with cucumber, hazelnuts, tofu and orange segments) and House cured salmon (fried capers, red radish, chervil, egg cream, dill, spring onion oil and multigrain toast). I really, really love the Smoked Duck Breast a lot!
Ante Carbonara -RM30
Char Siu Curry Cream -RM33
For pasta lovers, you can get yourself either the Ante Carbonara (streaky bacon, white button mushrooms, and parmesan cheese) or Char Siu Curry Cream (house made marinated char siu, shimeiji mushrooms and grilled eggplants). I didn't try the carbonara due to me being lactose intolerant, I did enjoy having some of the Char Siu Curry Cream pasta, the char siu that made it so yummy! :p

Other than the awesome Chargrilled Pork Steak, you can always opt for the Chargrilled BBQ Ribs and Pork Diane (seared pork loin with button mushrooms, russet potatoes, green pea mash and white wine cream sauce), they are equally nice too! I thought it's quite interesting for them to serve the Chargrilled BBQ Ribs with kimchi slaw instead of the usual coleslaw. If you love kimchi, you would enjoy this for sure.
And if you don't fancy meat, they also serve the Norwegian Salmon, poached and miso honey glazed, seaweed crust, braised shitake mushrooms and torched leeks.
Valrhona Chocolate Delice -RM23
Creme Brulee -RM20
For desserts, we ordered our most favorite Valrhona Chocolate Delice (with strawberries, blueberries, Hazelnut feulletine and earl grey tea cream) and Creme Brulee (topped with candied olives and chocolate). It doesn't matter how many times I go back to ANTE, I still prefer the Valrhona Chocolate Delice over other desserts in the menu, it tastes sinfully divine. The only thing I wish is the portion of the dessert can be as huge as the mains! #justkidding
