Ba Na Hills | Da Nang, Vietnam

On the third day of our Da Nang familiarization trip with AirAsia, we were brought to Ba Na Hills. Ba Na Hills, founded in 1919 by the French colonists, also known as a hill station and resort located in the Truong Son Mountain. If you enjoy cool weather, you'd definitely love this place, else please make sure you wear extra layers of clothes or bring along a sweater with you.

The journey from Minh Toan Hotel (Da Nang city) to Ba Na Hills takes approximately an hour. Once you reached there, you'd need to take the cable car to go up to the resort. This is certainly the longest and highest cable car ride ever in my life. It was a torture to me, but the others totally enjoyed the view along the cable ride journey up to the peak. Don't forget to look for the waterfall down there!

For lovers out there, you may want to check out the Love Bridge. (*ËŠૢᵕˋૢ*)

At this point, you are able to enjoy the picturesque view of Da Nang city, Vung Thung Bay, Son Tra peninsula, My Khe beach, Ngu Hanh Son, Thu Bon River, and Cham Island.

Garden of Eden, where you are able to adore many kinds of special flower in the world, being cared for by adjusting system suitable microclimate.

Park Memories. The water or the memories flow time under 4 gods symbolizing the four seasons flowing poetic.

After enjoying most of the scenery views, we took the train climbing, which can fit up to 80 pax per cabin, cables with a length of 400m, reaching speeds of 5m/s, by the Swimm firm Garaventa productiion, was inaugurated on the 4th May 2014.
Service time: 0800-1700
Ticket price: 70,000 VND (Adults) | 50,000 VND (Children - 1m~1.3m)

Linh Ung Pagoda, known as the temple of ecotourism destinations of Ba Na. The highlight of the temple is the statue of Sakyamuni Buddha (27m high) meditating on the lotus (6m high).

We couldn't explore the park at that time due to the rainy weather. The entire place looks like a mini Disneyland and you get to enjoy some fun rides too! Of course, there's few food places or you can just enjoy the buffet in the hotel's restaurant.

We found this place with such awesome interior setting! It's like the one in the Final Fantasy! How is that even possible?!

Only if the weather was good, we could have explored more about this park up on the hill. Though I have to say there's a lot places that worth to Instagram for! After all, they are all French-alike buildings and interiors.

If you wish to visit Ba Na Hills, please make sure you don't visit during the peak season or be there early to avoid the long queue due to the crowds. And, please try to not to come during the winter season, you won't get to explore the entire place when it rains. (╯︵╰,)
